Role: Residential Youth Worker (Intensive Therapuetic Care & Significant Disabilities)
Employment Type: Permanent Part Time & Casual
Location: Newcastle
As a Therapeutic Youth Worker you’ll be a key support for children & young people aged 12 to 17 years who’ve experienced childhood trauma, abuse, or neglect. Some of the children and young people we care for may also have a disability or complex medical needs requiring specialised support, including personal care.
Our residential homes operate 24/7, therefore it is essential that successful applicants are able and willing to work a roster which regularly includes afternoon, sleepover and weekend shifts.

Role requirements:
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check, NSW Working with Children Check and NSW Residential Care Workers Register check.
