About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Lead and mentor teams to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred active support

• Build strong, positive relationships with participants, families, Support Coordinators, and stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, WHS requirements, and organisational policies

• Drive business growth through strategic networking, relationship‑building, and community engagement

• Generate new clientele by promoting services, identifying opportunities, and strengthening referral pathways

• Represent the organisation professionally at events, meetings, and networking forums

• Actively listen to participants’ goals and ensure supports align with their needs

• Implement best‑practice service delivery and risk‑mitigation strategies

• Demonstrate strong time management, conflict resolution, and problem‑solving skills

• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance support to service teams

• Participate in an after‑hours on‑call roster as needed

Qualifications & Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Disability, Nursing, Human Services, Social Sciences, or equivalent experience

• 3–5 years’ experience in disability support services

• Demonstrated ability to improve the quality of life for people with disability, aligned with national standards

• Strong knowledge of the NDIS and ability to network effectively

• Experience working collaboratively with participants, families, and stakeholders

• Ability to interpret financial and budget information

• Proven experience leading and supporting diverse teams

• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Current NSW Driver’s Licence

• Working With Children Check

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
