Joblink Plus is seeking Employment Consultants to join our Wallsend team, supporting participants across Workforce Australia programs.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in case management, employment services or community services who are passionate about helping people overcome barriers and move into meaningful work or education.

About the Role

  • Provide one‑on‑one case management and tailored employment support
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships using trauma‑informed practice
  • Support young people and adults to achieve employment or education outcomes
  • Engage with local employers, training providers, and community services
  • Maintain accurate records and meet program requirements

About You

  • Background in employment services or case management
  • Empathetic, motivated, and outcomes‑focused
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
  • Organised, proactive, and values‑driven
  • Experience in employment services is desirable, not essential (full training provided)
