THE OPPORTUNITY

Stratco is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join their trade team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• First point of contact for all customers face to face, email and over the phone. 
• Keying customer orders, drawing of flashings and processing supplier purchase orders in our point-of-sale system.
• Communicating with customers in relation to missing information or answer queries
• Creating of job packs for other departments for manufacturing, picking slips and delivery dockets. 
• Liaise with Operations, Sales, Manufacturing and Transport Teams.
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

• Essential: Experience in internal sales team environment 
• Desirable: Experience in POS Systems
• Knowledge of metal and/or tile roofing is highly advantageous
• Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of commitment to achieve desired results
• Experience in a fast moving, forever changing and improving environment.
• Assist customers and Sales Representatives in arranging orders and ensuring they are processed within the cut off times.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once. 
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as a proven ability to work and manage their workload reliably and independently
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
