Start 13th July 2026  | $37.39 + Super | 35 hrs/week |  Maitland (Hybrid) | 6 months contract plus view to extend

We’re seeking motivated, reliable and tech‑savvy Customer Service Representatives to join a busy Government Contact Centre supporting community enquiries. If you enjoy a fast‑paced environment, love talking to people and want to build your career in a structured, suportive workplace; we want to hear from you.

 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Responding to customer enquiries over the phone in a professional and friendly manner
  • Providing accurate information, guidance and support on a range of services
  • Managing complaints and resolving issues with empathy and confidence
  • Updating systems, maintaining accurate records and following compliance processes
  • Working collaboratively within a team‑focused environment
Roster & Hours
  • Monday to Friday between 7am–7pm
  • 35 hours per week / 7 hours per day
  • Rotating every two weeks
What You’ll Need
  • 2–3 years’ customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident typing, PC skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • National Police Check required

Training Provided
You’ll start with two weeks of classroom‑based training, followed by a structured 10‑week period where you’ll work closely with specialist mentors before transitioning into independent work. Attendance is required for all training days to ensure success.
