About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast-paced, dynamic office environment.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same that requires you to be in the office Mon-Fri. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of senior management, requiring strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence.


 Key Responsibilities

  • Diary and email management for senior leaders

  • Coordinating meetings and managing complex schedules

  • Drafting and responding to correspondence

  • Preparing accurate and confidential meeting minutes

  • Assisting with reports and data analysis (Excel-based)

  • Expense management and cost tracking

  • Document updates and general administrative support

  • Assisting with reception duties when required

  • Travel bookings and coordination

  • Coordinating internal and external events, including charity initiatives

  • Managing meeting setups (Teams, AV requirements, logistics)

  • Providing general office and operational support


About You:

 Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant

  • Strong Excel and reporting capabilities

  • Technically proficient across MS Office, Teams, and virtual meeting tools

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Experience managing travel bookings and logistics

  • Confident supporting and working closely with senior executives

  • Proactive with a strong sense of initiative

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable managing and influencing executive schedules and priorities
