Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their successful and fast-paced sales team based in Mayfield.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business where you will play a key role in supporting field sales staff while delivering exceptional customer service to clients across a range of industries.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day commercial and customer support while building strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day customer enquiries and inbound calls

  • Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals

  • Follow up quotes and assist in converting opportunities to orders

  • Handle customer complaints, cancellations, and claims professionally

  • Support Business Development Managers with prospecting and lead generation

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
     

About You

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Good computer skills and confidence using IT systems and CRM platforms

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • A mechanical aptitude or interest in technical products will be highly regarded
