Reporting to the Glencore Coal Assets Australia (GCAA) Director, Environment & Community and the Land and Property Manager, this is your opportunity to be part of a team focused on managing our environmental obligations and residential properties.

You will oversee the implementation of a structured system to provide for effective management of residential tenancy agreements. You will be required to work proactively with our Property Management Agent along with project and site teams based in NSW and Queensland and provide support to various business units to fulfil their obligations in these areas.

You will also be the administration champion of the GCAA Environment and Community Team providing administration assistance as required. This includes assisting with travel bookings, arranging and providing administration support for meetings, assisting with accounting tasks, document formatting and publishing and general administration assistance as required.

You will be the document controller for the GCAA Environment and Community Team acting as the administrator of the GCAA Environment and Community site, establishing systems to set the expectations for publishing of both internal and external documents, be responsible for publishing documents and establish and maintain a document control system.

You will be a competent user of Microsoft Office software and possess knowledge of residential tenancy legislation. The demonstrated ability to manage projects and develop effective communications with key operations personnel as well as with community and other stakeholders is essential.

The role will be based in the Hunter Valley of NSW, near Singleton.
