About the role 

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team working in the Newcastle / Hunter area. 

The position on offer will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and contributing to the efficiency and success of our team.  

Desired skills include: 

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, with a preference for candidates familiar with the service industry or similar

  • Experience in human resources or inductions

  • Demonstrated scheduling and / or rostering capabilities

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Proficiency in software service management tools, eg. Aroflo, SimPro or similar

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills to interact with both clients and the service team 

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic industry and think on your feet

  • Enjoy working in a team environment 

  • You are self-motivated, reliable and take pride in all you do
