We're looking for an organised, proactive, people-focused Operations Coordinator to join our team for a maternity leave contract and help us continue delivering exceptional supports to our participants.

No two days are the same in this role! You'll be:
Coordinating day-to-day operations across the organisation
Supporting participant onboarding, service agreements and funding utilisation
Managing rostering and workforce coordination
Assisting with compliance, quality assurance and safeguarding processes
Coordinating incidents, complaints and reporting requirements
Supporting staff onboarding, training and documentation
Working closely with participants, families, support workers and external stakeholders
Driving continuous improvement and helping us deliver outstanding services
You'll be someone who:
Loves being organised and staying one step ahead
Has experience in the disability, community services, or care sector
Understands rostering, workforce coordination or operational administration
Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Can confidently manage competing priorities
Has strong attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving
Enjoys working as part of a supportive and collaborative team
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Working With Children Check
Current National Police Check
Current Driver's Licence
Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, Business Administration, Operations Management, or similar
Minimum 3 years' experience in the disability sector
Minimum 1 year in a coordination, administration or operational role
Flexible 3-day-per-week position
