WHO WE ARE

We're a fast-growing electrical contractor supplies business based in Newcastle, and we're on a serious upward trajectory. We supply electrical contractors and construction projects across Australia — from mid-size commercial builds to major national infrastructure jobs. We move quickly, we back our team, and we're investing in the right people to scale with us.

We're not a big corporate. We're lean, ambitious, and proud of the culture we're building — where your work actually matters and you can see the impact you make every single day.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As our Customer Service & Project Coordinator, you'll be the engine room that keeps everything moving. You'll sit at the intersection of sales, operations, and customer service — handling everything from coordinating national deliveries to supporting the sales team with quotes and estimates.

No two days are the same. One morning you're tracking a time-critical delivery to a site in Brisbane, the next you're helping a sales rep pull together a cable tray estimate for a new project. You'll be talking to contractors, site supervisors, freight carriers and suppliers — and your ability to stay organised under pressure will directly impact our reputation and growth.

→   Liaise with freight carriers, suppliers, and site managers to lock in delivery windows and resolve issues fast

→   Track active shipments and proactively communicate updates to customers and the sales team

Sales Support & Estimation

→   Support our sales team with quotes, pricing, and customer follow-ups

→   Prepare basic take-offs and estimates for cable tray and containment projects (training provided)

→   Process customer orders accurately into our ERP system

Customer & Supplier Communication

→   Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice on the phones — handling inbound calls with confidence

→   Make proactive outbound calls to customers for delivery confirmations, order updates, and sales support

→   Build genuine relationships with contractors, procurement teams, and site supervisors

CRM & Systems

→   Keep HubSpot CRM accurate, up to date, and genuinely useful for the sales team

→   Enter and manage orders in our ERP system

→   Run regular reports on orders, deliveries, and pipeline activity

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

→   Experience in an internal sales, sales support, or coordination role — trades, construction supplies, or electrical industry a real bonus

→   You're a natural on the phone — confident, clear, and great with people

→   Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities

→   Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where things move quickly and change often

→   Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (desirable)

→   Familiarity with ERP or order management systems

→   A go-getter attitude — you spot problems and fix them without being asked

WHY JOIN US

→   Competitive salary $70,000 – $80,000 + super, commensurate with experience

→   Be an early and key player in a business that's scaling — your contributions will be seen and recognised

→   A tight-knit, energetic team that genuinely supports each other

→   Newcastle-based — no travel, no relocation

→   Real career growth as the business grows around you

→   Training and support on products, systems, and estimation — we set you up to succeed
