Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and wider teams.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.

  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.

  • Assist with data entry and document management.

  • Support internal processes and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders professionally.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively.
