What to Expect as a Finance Trainee
Earn while you learn in a full-time traineeship
Gain a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business (BSB30120)
Build practical, in-demand skills across payroll, accounts, and finance administration
Learn from experienced mentors in a supportive and collaborative team environment
Develop valuable workplace and customer service skills
Responsibilities Include
Assisting with payroll processing and maintaining accurate employee records
Learning payroll compliance requirements, including awards, agreements, and relevant legislation
Responding to payroll and finance queries in a professional and timely manner
Supporting the finance team with reporting, reconciliations, and general administrations tasks
Assisting with data entry and maintaining confidentiality of financial information
Building knowledge of finance systems, processes, and workplace procedures
About You
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, organised and motivated
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic computer skills (Excel/Word or similar)
Good communication and teamwork skills
