We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our team at our brand-new facility in Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting both customer service and manufacturing logistics operations within a growing and fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As our Office Administrator, you will be the vital link between customers, production, and logistics, ensuring orders are processed accurately and deliveries are coordinated efficiently. You will contribute directly to maintaining high service standards and smooth operational flow across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, managing enquiries, orders, and updates via phone and email

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience

  • Coordinate dispatch, freight, and delivery schedules in line with production timelines

  • Liaise with production teams to track order status, availability, and lead times

  • Work with transport providers to organise pick-ups, deliveries, and logistics requirements

  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer communications

  • Assist with inventory coordination and documentation as required

  • Support general administrative functions including data entry, reporting, and document control

 About You

  • Experience in administration, customer service, or logistics within a manufacturing or industrial environment

  • Strong understanding of order processing, dispatch coordination, or supply chain workflows

  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems

  • A proactive, reliable team player who enjoys working collaboratively
