  • Bookings Administrator

Current Opportunities
  
Position 1: Job Administrator
This role is responsible for supporting the administration of insurance claims and repair jobs while ensuring all stakeholders remain informed throughout the process.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the administration of insurance repair claims
  • Preparing, reviewing, and submitting claim documentation and quotations
  • Coordinating appointments
  • Updating clients, insurers, and policy holders on claim progress
  • Supporting invoicing, reporting, and compliance processes
Position 2: Bookings Administrator
As a Bookings Administrator, you will play a critical role in coordinating appointments and ensuring claims progress efficiently through the scheduling process.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Liaising with customers, insurers, and internal teams regarding bookings
  • Maintaining accurate claims and job information
  • Updating systems and documentation
  • Resolving customer enquiries and concerns professionally
  • Supporting the administration of new claims
Position 3: Repairs Coordinator
The Repairs Coordinator is responsible for managing repair projects through to completion, ensuring contractors, clients and stakeholders remain aligned throughout the process.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating repair projects from start to finish
  • Scheduling and engaging trades and subcontractors
  • Managing contractor quotes, contracts, and purchase orders in line with project budgets
  • Liaising with supervisors, contractors, insurers and customers
  • Tracking repair schedules and project milestones
  • Ensuring legislative compliance and quality standards are met
  • Supporting successful project handovers and claim completion
