The business supports organisations to understand the financial impacts of climate related risks, working across strategy, operations, value chains and financial outcomes. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a Consultant with strong quantitative capability and a genuine interest in climate related business impacts.
You will support client delivery across value chain analysis, financial modelling, scenario analysis and strategic problem solving. Working closely with an experienced leadership team, you will translate complex variables into practical insights, clear financial outcomes and recommendations that can be implemented across real world operations.
Key Focus Areas - Analyse climate related risks and translate impacts into operational and financial implications
- Build quantitative models, cost models and scenario analysis tool
- Conduct value chain analysis and identify strategic and operational response
- Support consulting workstreams, stakeholder engagement and reporting
- Contribute to proposal support, solution development and relationship building
About You - Strong experience in financial modelling, cost modelling or quantitative analysis
- Comfort working through complexity and ambiguity with a structured approach
- Interest in climate risk impacts across operations, strategy and financial performance
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
- A proactive mindset and drive to contribute in a growth phase business
- Ability to gain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance
- Experience in strategy or management consulting is highly regarded, along with local market relationships in Newcastle and or Sydney.
