The Role

As a Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role in the firm, working closely with the partner and managing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
✔️ Preparing year-end financial accounts & tax returns (all entity types)
✔️ Providing business insights (financial ratios, benchmarking, tax planning)
✔️ Managing statutory compliance & liaising with government bodies
✔️ Consulting on client software & technology solutions
✔️ Contributing to strategy, marketing & business development initiatives

Who You Are

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You'll need:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines

• A proactive & solutions-focused mindset

Your experience & Qualifications

• Accounting degree (CPA/CA preferred but not essential)

• Strong proficiency in Xero & MYOB

• 2–5 years' experience in public practice
