This is not a traditional “Senior Accountant” role. 

You’ll take ownership of your portfolio, work directly with clients, and play a key role in growing the business, whether that’s expanding an existing office or helping launch a new one.

• Manage a portfolio across compliance and advisory  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships  
• Identify and convert new business opportunities  
• Provide commercial and tax advice to clients  
• Support and mentor junior team members  
• Contribute to office growth and expansion initiatives 

What you’ll bring  

• CA qualified (or near completion)  
• Public practice experience (Australian)  
• Strong tax and compliance capability  
• Confidence working directly with clients  
• Commercial mindset with interest in growth
