Mega Pacific has branches throughout Australia and New Zealand with its head office in Sandgate.  We specialise in the distribution of transport hydraulics, representing some world leading brands. We are a long-established business, well-respected and have built a culture that values its people.

We have an exciting opportunity for a person with at least 2 years accounts receivable experienceto join our friendly finance team.

Key Responsibilities

·         Daily application of banking receipts to customer accounts

·         Raise customer invoices and credit notes across the group

·         Maintain an accurate and up to date customer database including processing new account applications

·         Proactive collection of debts

·         Manage debtor enquiries

·         Support process improvements to increase efficiency

·         General administration support as required

About You

You will have excellent attention to detail, be organised, able to meet deadlines, have strong numeracy skills and clear, professional communication skills. You will have experience with MS Excel, be confident and bring energy to the role.

You will have a relevant Certificate III qualification as a minimum for this role and at least two years’ relevant work experience.
